Product Applications and Processes

  • Two-part Epoxy Adhesive
    Uses: structural bonding, potting, coating, encapsulation.
    Cure mechanism: Two-part epoxy products require resin and hardener to be mixed. Can be cured at ambient or heated for a faster cure
  • Epoxy Single Part
    Uses: Structural bonding, potting, coating, encapsulation
    Cure mechanism: Single part epoxies require a high temperature heat cure (e.g. oven).
  • Thermal Conductive Paste
    Uses: Automotive industry, electronics and electrical industries and in many other sectors.
    Cure mechanism: Thermally conductive pastes are 1K or 2K paste media with a concentration of conductive fillers.
  • Silicone: Potting Compounds, RTV & Gels
    Uses: Medical molds/instruments, High voltage power supply potting, General purpose electrical potting
    Cure mechanism: A white, two components, low viscosity potting compound that cures at room temperature to a soft pliable rubber.
  • Polyurethane
    Uses: Used in polyurethane foams, polyurethane elastomers, epoxy, silicones, polyureas & soft filled materials.
    Cure mechanism: Low pressure polyurethane metering and dispensing can be attributed to mix head design and technology.
  • PVC Sealant
    Uses: provide smoother wall surfaces that reduce fluid friction and resistance to flow
    Cure mechanism: Low pressure low dispensing of Adhesive/Wax /Grease with Auto cut off when pressure is low/high.
  • PU Elastomer (MDI / TDI)
    Uses:PU Seals, Gear Couplings, PU Bushings
    Cure mechanism: A temperature range will be 100 degree | 130 degree and tank capacity will be 400L |60 L
  • Water Based Glue
    Uses: bottling industries, paper, woodworking, plastic, and fabric industries.
    Cure mechanism: 50% less hot melt or water based adhesive used in automated packaging applications.
  • Low Pressure PU Flexible Foam
    Uses: PPU foaming machines have wide application in the market, which have the features of economy and convenient operation and maintenance, etc.
    Cure mechanism: Fully automatic control of material injecting time, cleaning frequency, and zutomatic cleaning flush and qir purge.
  • Anaerobic Sealant
    Uses: Used as thread lockers, thread sealants, retaining materials and flange sealants
    Cure mechanism: Dispensing system parts need to be made of inert material, preferably plastic tubing and nozzles. Pressurised air should have some kind of filter inline to minimise the chance of contamination.
